Helping others learn spanish

We have a friend that we go deer hunting with who happens to work at a jail. They do have a spanish translator hired there but as everyone knows you can't work 24-7. So when that guy isn't on duty at the jail our friend, Chris, sometimes goes and helps translate what the people are saying from spanish to english. Chris just started learning spanish on his own and with what we've learned in class I teach him what we know so he can have a better grasp on how to reply to the people and understand what they are saying.
